Section Manager - Big C Ecommerce Fulfillment

Your tasks

• Support planning and supervision of Inventory Management, Claim/CN, Return Activity for accuracy, speed and zero backlogs.
• Coordinate with Customer Service/ OSX team and Supplier.
• Ensure all staff are working align with Safety Policy and SOP.
• Support staff training and internal departmental communication.

Requirements

1. Male / Female
2. Age 25 - 40 years old
3. Education level: Vocational Certificate - Bachelor's Degree in any field
4. Basic English reading and writing skills
5. Basic English reading and writing skills
6. Proficiency in using MS Excel and MS. PPT
7. Understanding of WMS systems and experience in inventory management
8. At least 3 years of experience in warehouse operations
9. Communication abilities and skills
10. Service mind and high professionalism
11. Dedication and strong commitment to work
12. Analytical thinking skills and ability to solve on-site problems effectively
13. Flexible mindset and readiness to adapt to new challenges
