As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for a partner to staff the position of Made-to-Order Order Management & Production Monitoring 👨🏻💻. The mission is to ensure:
- Preparation and issuance of made-to-order orders to collaborating sewing workshops.
- Monitoring the progress of work in the sewing workshops and ensuring compliance with agreed delivery times.
- Control and management of wastage, with the aim of keeping it at the lowest possible level.
- Maintenance of production order files and execution history.
- Organization and maintenance of the manufacturing file for special customer items (custom products and specifications).
The approach to all the above should be characterized by rigor, efficiency, and the appropriate communication style.
Required Qualifications:

- Very good organizational skills and systematicity in work
- Previous experience in a customer service and/or sales position
- Very good use of PC and MS Office programs
