Department Manager, Production (Thai Union Seafood Songkhla TUS)

• Control and monitor the production process in the processing department to ensure compliance with production plans, targets, and defined standards
• Oversee operations at every production step to ensure product quality complies with regulations, laws, and customer requirements
• Verify and manage production data, including coordinating with relevant departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Control the calibration of tools and equipment, and maintain hygiene in production areas in accordance with GMP, HACCP, and related quality systems
• Manage the team, resolve on-site problems, and promote compliance with food safety and occupational safety standards

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher (in Food Technology) or other related fields Proficient in using MS office, statistical data analysis, good reading and writing skills in English, production planning Knowledge of various standard systems related to industrial factories Experience in production control of no less than 3 years
