Production Assistant Team Leader (Based at Thai Union Seafood Co., Ltd. Songkhla TUS)

• Control operations in the processing department to ensure continuity according to production processes and procedures to align with the production plan and achieve efficiency according to the specified targets.
• Control and supervise operations in each production step to ensure correctness and appropriateness, so that the manufactured products meet standards, comply with legal requirements, food safety, and customer requirements, and to achieve maximum efficiency.
• Collect, prepare, and maintain data regarding processing operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency in accordance with procedures.

Coordinate within the department regarding production data to ensure operations are correctly aligned with one another to stay informed of up-to-date production information and situations.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Agro-industry, or other related fields. New graduates are welcome, or those with 1 year or more of experience in frozen seafood production. Knowledge of various standard systems related to industrial factories. Ability to use MS office programs well, statistical data analysis, good English reading and writing skills, and production planning. Leadership qualities, calculation of Yield & Efficiency, and waste from the production process.
