R&D and Innovation Officer

Purpose The positions will be regionally assigned to support Thailand’s North, Central, Northeast, South, and West areas as well as TUKL and TFME in the future. This regional structure will ensure rapid, localized support for ongoing trials and accelerate product deployment in line with our business expansion plans in 2027 - 2030 ka.

Role overview 1.Develop and optimize feed formulations to meet defined nutritional and performance targets. 2.Plan, conduct, and manage field trials under commercial farm conditions and translate results into statistically supported product improvements. 3.Coordinate effectively with Production, Quality Control and Farm operations to ensure seamless handover from development to production and commercial use. 4.Monitor advancements in feed aquatic nutrition and aquaculture to sustain product competitiveness and meet evolving market needs.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Fisheries, Aquaculture, or a related discipline. Demonstrated involvement in R&D and Innovation of aquaculture feed products, including formulation development and trial management. Ability to collect, analyze, and present experimental data, including preparation of statistical reports. Willingness and ability to be based at farm locations for field trials and follow-up activities in Thailand and internationally. Proficiency with statistical and data visualization tools Strong communication skills for stakeholder reporting and technical presentations Basic English proficiency (reading, writing, listening). Able to travel in Thai and abroad
