Production Manager

• Oversee the overall production and adjust work plans to align with actual situations
• Manage budgets and allocate resources (materials, raw materials, personnel) for maximum efficiency
• Review production plans to manage stock, manpower, and operational procedures comprehensively
• Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to analyze and enhance operational efficiency
• Establish pre-production systems, including equipment selection, factory layout, material management, and production demand forecasting
• Control production processes, inventory, and quality assurance systems to meet standards
• Develop production tracking systems by analyzing comprehensive reports to detect and resolve problems proactively
• Manage stocks of raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished goods to increase inventory turnover rates
• Plan and execute testing, including the calibration of machinery and equipment
• Coordinate with the Engineering department to support new products and verify production process readiness
• Continuously evaluate and improve assembly processes to reduce waste according to Lean principles
• Drive World Class Manufacturing standards to create a culture of continuous improvement
• Initiate cost control projects and manage subcontractors as appropriate
• Govern, command, and motivate production staff to achieve goals
• Drive training plans and continuous labor skill development
• Oversee occupational health, safety, and machinery maintenance within the area
• Handle related personnel administration and be responsible for site security (Key Holder)

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production, Business Administration, or related fields 3-5 years of experience in production management or manufacturing Experience in supervising employees and managing production procedures Certifications in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Project Management will be given special consideration Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma production processes Proficiency in using production management software or ERP Ability to analyze data and optimize various processes Good decision-making skills and attention to detail Adherence to safety and quality standards Ability to communicate in English or Mandarin at a good level Experience in the electronic components and fan manufacturing industries will be given special consideration Only English applications will be considered *Online interview in English with foreign executives*
