Learning and Certification Coordinator for Aviation Licensing Courses

IAI Academy is looking for a Learning and Certification Coordinator for aviation licensing courses

The role includes:

• Leading the preparation for opening courses and cycles in accordance with the work plan.
• Logistic and operational coordination of training activities taking place at IAI.
• Complex logistic coordination of practical courses, some of which are conducted at IAI and others at various sites abroad.
• Identifying, examining, and handling engagements with suppliers in Israel and abroad, opening orders, and approving invoices.
• Monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements and procedures.
• Measuring effectiveness and continuous improvement - generating reports, analyzing feedback, and implementing lessons learned into learning programs.

• At least 2-3 years of experience in a coordination, operations, or training program management role - Mandatory.
• Experience working in a multi-interface environment and managing tasks in parallel - Mandatory.
• Experience in supplier management and engagements - Mandatory.
• Familiarity with the civil aviation world, aircraft maintenance, or aviation licensing requirements - Mandatory.
• Very high level of English, including the ability to work fluently in writing and orally with entities abroad - Mandatory.
• Experience working in a regulatory environment - Advantage.
• Familiarity with professional competence processes, certifications, and licensing in the aviation field - Advantage.
