Building Engineer (Rama 3)

• Plan maintenance work for building engineering systems
• Inspect and control the operation of building engineering systems
• Inspect and monitor technicians and contractors performing PM according to the maintenance plan
• Analyze and review maintenance plans
• Control and ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 quality standard system requirements regarding engineering operations
• Supervise subordinates (technicians) to perform their duties with discipline

Qualifications: Male, aged 30 years or above Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering At least 5 years of experience in high-rise building management, building systems, and maintenance work Proficient in using Microsoft Office and AutoCAD Possession of a professional engineering license (Gaw) will be given special consideration Experience in operating building engineering systems will be given special consideration Possess leadership, interpersonal skills, good personality, coordination skills, and the ability to solve immediate problems effectively Good communication skills, able to communicate in English and use computers Able to work well with others
