Pricing and Orders Specialist

A leading company in its field is looking for a Pricing and Orders Specialist for a central and dynamic role that includes working with many interfaces within the organization and having a direct impact on the company's activities. The role is suitable for precise people with a process-oriented mindset and the ability to work in a multi-tasking environment, who wish to develop professionally in the field of pricing, orders, and working with customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Preparing quotations for the company's customers
• Collecting and concentrating information for pricing purposes (customers, suppliers, specifications)
• Working with suppliers to receive quotes and costs
• Receiving customer orders and verifying their validity
• Opening orders in the system and transferring them for further processing
• Routine work with sales, import, and logistics departments
• Following up on quotations and orders until their closure

• Full-time position, working at the company's offices in Mevoaot Yerushalayim
• Mobility and independent arrival at work

Job Requirements

• Order, precision, and high-level attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and multitasking
• Numerical understanding and ability to work with data
• Proficiency in Office applications with an emphasis on Excel
• Experience working with Priority system – an advantage
• Experience in a similar role – an advantage
• High level of English
