Production Supervisor
- Production planning and scheduling, setting production targets, and planning raw material management, planning production operations, and allocating resources (people, machines, raw materials) appropriately.
- Quality and production control: Ensuring the production process complies with standards, defining quality and quantity, and reducing waste.
- Personnel management: Assigning tasks, transferring knowledge and training, providing guidance, evaluating the performance of subordinates, developing the team, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Problem-solving: Resolving immediate on-site problems and proposing improvement guidelines.
- Coordination: Working with Purchasing, Warehouse, QA/QC, Engineering, and Management.
- Efficiency improvement and cost reduction: Improving production processes (PDCA), establishing KPIs, and improving operating procedures and work standards to increase Productivity and control production costs.
- Safety and environment: Ensuring strict compliance with safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations.
- Reporting: Summarizing production results, reporting problems, and proposing solutions to management.
- Other assigned tasks.
Production Planning (Planning)
- Execute operations, perform work planning, coordinate, and control the work of the production unit.
- Prepare relevant information and prepare documentation used in production planning from the SPA system and raw material requirement plans.
- Design scheduling tables to control operations and the quality of manufactured products.
- Review and improve daily / weekly / monthly / and annual production planning.
- Coordinate with relevant departments, including Purchasing / Production / Warehouse and Sales, to plan production.
- Control production to meet targets.
- Other assigned tasks.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Science, Food Science, or related fields. Knowledge of planning. At least 2 - 5 years of work experience in industrial manufacturing. Able to use basic computer programs, especially Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to start work immediately will be given special consideration. Intermediate skills in listening, reading, and writing English. Knowledge of Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and production safety. Knowledge of quality systems: GMP, HACCP, GHPs & HACCP, HALAL, ISO 22000 / FSSC 22000, and other related quality systems. Working under pressure: Ability to handle urgent or high-pressure situations well. Clear and effective communication skills for coordinating with other departments. Leadership skills: Ability to motivate, build teams, and assign tasks to team members effectively. Able to work under pressure.
