Chromatographic (HPLC and medium pressure chromatography) purification of synthetic oligonucleotides according to existing protocols; development and optimization of new purification protocols; Incoming control of reagents and solvents, preparation of working solutions for oligonucleotide purification; Development and maintenance of production documentation, writing reports according to established forms;

Requirements

Higher chemical education (graduates of Mendeleev University, MITHT MIREA, and other specialized universities); Theoretical and practical skills in the field of chromatography, methods of analysis and description of obtained compounds (spectrophotometry, HPLC, etc.); Skills in working with laboratory glassware and equipment; knowledge of safety rules in a chemical laboratory; Experience working in a research or production laboratory in a chromatographic purification area is welcome; Experience in developing production documentation according to industry regulatory rules (SOP, technical regulations) is an advantage; Technical English (reading professional literature); Responsibility, accuracy, desire to develop in the chosen specialty and master new skills;
