Project Engineering : HVAC (Boiler, Heat Pump)

Manage engineering tasks including design, installation, and project management to ensure projects are completed according to the specified time, quality, and budget, as well as develop the engineering team to reach their maximum potential and effectively support sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities Engineering Planning and Management: Strategically plan and prepare operational plans for the engineering department in alignment with company goals.

Budget Management: Prepare and manage the department's Budget, controlling expenses, receipts, and income for each project to ensure they follow the established plan.

Project Management: Plan projects, monitor progress, inspect work quality, and control delivery according to Milestones to ensure timely revenue recognition.

Team and Personnel Management: Allocate human resources and Subcontractors appropriately for the work, develop team skills (IDP), and conduct annual performance evaluations.

Technical and Design Work: Control design, installation, and safety standards to comply with laws, including designing solutions and Drawings appropriate for the site.

Sales Support (Presale): Participate in project Feasibility Studies and provide consultation on costs and project readiness to the sales department.

Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related fields). At least 3 years of experience in a Project position. At least 3–5 years of experience managing a medium-sized engineering team (10–20 people). Knowledge of mechanical engineering, air conditioning systems, and basic electrical systems. Ability to use design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks). Knowledge of project management, Cost Control, and BOQ preparation. Knowledge of ERP systems and Finance related to project work. Leadership, negotiation skills, and cross-functional teamwork skills. English language skills (Listening/Speaking/Reading/Writing) at a communicative level. Must hold a professional engineering license (Associate Engineer level) in Mechanical Engineering (Electrical field experience will be specially considered). If trained in cost management or work control, will be specially considered.
