Purchasing & Logistics Specialist (Chinese/English)

Responsible for purchasing raw materials, supplies, equipment, and services necessary for business operations, including managing logistics, import-export, and transportation to ensure alignment with production plans under specified quality, cost, and time requirements.

Qualifications: Male or female, aged 30–45 years, fluent in Chinese or English, TOEIC 550 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field At least 3–5 years of experience in a battery manufacturing industry Able to execute the procurement of raw materials, consumables, spare parts, tools, and services according to Purchase Requisitions Understand and compare prices, quality, delivery lead times, and vendor payment terms Select, evaluate, and develop suppliers (Supplier Evaluation & Development) Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and Accounting departments regarding procurement Coordinate customs formalities and BOI benefits (if applicable) Ability to communicate in Chinese will be given special consideration Experience in purchasing machinery and spare parts for production lines, with an understanding of dangerous goods transportation requirements Able to plan and coordinate domestic and international transportation
