Chicken Farm Engineer

• Perform mechanical maintenance tasks, such as disassembly and assembly of machinery, motor systems, gears, belts, bearings, and lubrication work (Grease/Oil)

Inspect and perform shaft Alignment, as well as analyze vibration and abnormal machine noises

• Handle basic electrical tasks, such as 1-phase / 3-phase electrical systems and control devices such as MCCB, Contactor, Overload
• Use electrical measuring tools such as Multimeter and Clamp Meter
• Supervise and control machinery systems and equipment within the poultry house, such as:

Ventilation System, Water System, Evaporative Cooling System, Feeding System, and Automation & Control System

• Control and comply with Biosecurity standards and disease prevention within the farm
• Plan and implement Preventive Maintenance and repairs during house preparation and during the rearing period
• Prepare plans, manuals, and maintenance procedures, including the installation and removal of machinery and equipment
• Plan manpower, materials, and equipment, and assign tasks for maintenance, installation, and testing work
• Control, monitor, and evaluate performance to ensure it meets targets
• Coordinate with relevant teams, such as the house cleaning team and the chick receiving team
• Report problems and follow up on corrective actions in each house
• Inspect and accept work after completion of every step
• Control and supervise occupational safety, such as LOTO, electrical work, working at heights, and the use of PPE
• Control employees and contractors to comply with company regulations
• Implement development projects to increase efficiency and reduce costs (Innovation / Special Projects)

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics or related fields Experience working on a farm will be specially considered (New graduates are welcome) Knowledge of maintenance work and machinery Problem-solving skills Skills in using technology and computers (MS Office) Basic English language skills Must be able to reside on the farm
