Food Quality Assurance Officer (QA Food) (Swine Slaughterhouse - Northern Region)

• Supervise and control product quality assurance in terms of Food safety and Product Quality to ensure compliance with customer requirements, legal requirements, and international standards in accordance with the Quality Assurance department's policies.
• Inspect and control product quality within the production process and finished products to ensure accuracy according to specified standards.
• Verify product quality control data records according to daily targets under company requirements, such as GMP/HACCP/ISO9001 or critical CCP points in product manufacturing.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or other related fields. 0-3+ years of experience in quality assurance in a food processing factory. Able to work 6 days per week. Possess leadership skills and excellent immediate problem-solving abilities. Good English communication skills. Able to drive a car, possesses a personal car and a driver's license.
