Import – Export Manager
- Manage and control the import–export process to ensure compliance with plans
- Verify the accuracy of documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, B/L, AWB, and Shipping Documents
- Coordinate with Shipping, Freight Forwarder, shipping lines, airlines, and relevant government agencies
- Oversee and track shipment status from origin to destination
- Control customs clearance and verify HS Code as well as import–export conditions
- Manage Freight, Shipping costs, and Logistics expenses to be appropriate
- Inspect and resolve issues regarding delayed shipments, incomplete documents, or on-site problems
- Manage the Import–Export team and define team work standards
- Prepare reports on Shipment status, Cost, and key issues to report to executives
- Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, Accounting, and related departments
- Improve work processes to be faster, accurate, and reduce costs
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics, International Business, or a related field At least 5 years of experience in Import–Export / Shipping / Logistics Experience at Assistant Manager / Manager level will be specially considered Knowledge of customs clearance, Incoterms, HS Code, and import–export documents Able to communicate in English for work purposes Possess skills in team management, negotiation, and problem-solving Be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple shipments simultaneously Experience in Food products, FMCG, Grocery, Retail, or consumer goods will be specially considered Ability to use AI Tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or tools for Content creation / data analysis will be specially considered Able to work 6 days per week
