- Receive SAP usage problem reports from users
- Analyze and provide preliminary troubleshooting, along with usage guidance
- Coordinate with SAP Functional and SAP Technical teams to resolve issues
- Prepare documentation and user manuals
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, Accounting, or related fields SAP knowledge is not required Basic understanding of accounting will be given special consideration Service-minded with good communication skills for interacting with users Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software Ability to read English documents at a basic level Responsible, punctual, and able to work well in a team Positive attitude and ready to learn and embrace new things
