For an automotive service center / small heavy equipment center, a Deputy Technical Manager is required for the service department. Responsibility for providing technical responses to the service department and the company's customers. Job Description: Providing responses and solutions to technical faults for products marketed in Israel, to the service department, and to private, institutional, and independent garage customers. Contact with equipment manufacturers abroad regarding service and warranty issues. Management of the warranty claims system with manufacturers abroad. Preparing price quotes for the department's customers. Contact with strategic customers. Automotive Engineer - advantage; experience in the automotive field - significant advantage; English - mandatory; working in a computerized environment - mandatory; SAP - advantage.
