Production Manager for Tel Yosef Dairy

Responsibility for the management, operation, promotion of excellence initiatives, supervision, and control of production activities in the field. Management of 3 team managers and indirect management of approximately 70 male and female employees, including - employee onboarding, training and certification processes, employee development and relocation processes, and working according to procedures and work instructions. Meeting the production plan as determined by the תפ"י department while ensuring optimal resource utilization. Leading mentoring processes and the development of personal and managerial capabilities of the team managers in the field. Leading operational excellence activities and implementing excellence tools to improve line efficiency, reduce waste, meet the budget plan, and promote continuous improvement processes. Responsibility for maintaining organizational procedures, particularly in the areas of safety, quality, product safety, and operation.

• Bachelor's degree - Mandatory
• At least two years of experience managing a large team of employees in an industrial plant - Mandatory
• Full proficiency in a computerized environment, including office applications - Mandatory
• Knowledge of the English language at reading and writing level - Mandatory
• Ability to work under load and pressure.
• Ability to perform task prioritization.
