Project Manager for the Operations Division

Planning and managing engineering projects tailored to customer needs. Responsibility for the implementation and application of advanced tools throughout the project lifecycle, from the initiation stage to delivery to the customer. Actual project management including: characterization of technological solutions, feasibility studies, budget management, engineering planning, integration between interfaces, problem-solving along the way, schedule construction, and risk management. Regular contact with relevant interfaces in the dairy and at the headquarters, as well as professional guidance of external contractors involved in projects. Writing project documents in accordance with project management methodology.

There are two positions available: one in the North region and one in the Center and South regions.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Food/ Biotechnology/ Chemistry Engineering - Mandatory. (Master's degree - advantage).
• At least 3 years of previous experience in managing engineering projects in a manufacturing industry - Mandatory.
• High level of English - Mandatory.
• Experience in engineering, technical, and control processes related to food factory work - advantage.
• Ability to lead and manage interfaces, including leading change processes.
• Ability for systemic and strategic vision.
• Orientation towards meeting quantity and quality targets.
