The role includes:

• Managing production operations (filling and packaging) activities in the dairy while meeting the work plan, goals, and performance metrics - OEE, FTR, and other targets as determined by the dairy management.
• Professional and managerial responsibility regarding quality, safety, efficiency, and supply levels.
• Leading area managers, team managers, and production department employees, including: recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, consulting, and human capital development.
• Responsibility for management, execution, supervision, and control to ensure compliance with operational metrics, including establishing work methods and procedures.
• Decision-making authority to stop and/or resume a production process in the event that a defect, malfunction, or deviation from product specifications is discovered, and handling exceptions in accordance with work instructions and in coordination with Quality Assurance.
• Leading work processes, implementation, and maintenance of LEAN methodology on the production floor, and building an annual work plan while adhering to the annual budget.
• Working with internal interfaces, the operations headquarters, and external interfaces to the dairy.

• Bachelor's degree (preference for Engineering/ Industrial Engineering and Management/ Business Administration/ Economics/ Logistics) - Mandatory.
• Master's degree - Advantage.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in production management in a process plant - Mandatory.
• Experience in managing a team of managers and employees - Mandatory.
• Managerial experience in the food industry - Advantage.
• Good level of English (reading, writing, and speaking) - Mandatory.
• Russian - Advantage.
• Experience working with ERP, MES systems - Advantage.
• Leadership, assertiveness, ability to work under pressure, and providing creative solutions in real-time.
• Willingness to work hard, and if necessary, during irregular hours.
