Maintenance Engineer for Tel Yosef Dairy

Overall management of maintenance activities while adhering to the work plan, field goals, and objectives as determined by the Operations Manager. Management of the site's maintenance system, which includes - managing a maintenance team leader, mechanics, and electricians. Planning, execution, and supervision of all maintenance activities on-site to maintain the integrity of process equipment and ancillary equipment. Management of the equipment maintenance plan and determination of inventory levels, management, and involvement in engineering projects. Management and operation of contractors. Responsibility for the management and control of the maintenance budget. Maintaining management routines and work interfaces with other stakeholders in the plant (Plant Engineer, Production, Logistics, Quality, and Safety departments). Building, approving, and implementing an annual maintenance plan. Initiating and implementing improvement activities in production lines and work processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (B.Sc.) - Mandatory.
• Professional experience in managing maintenance systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, or automated production lines - Significant advantage!
• High proficiency in English - Mandatory.
• At least two years of experience in driving and managing a team of employees - Mandatory.
• High-level knowledge of technical English - Mandatory.
• Familiarity and prior knowledge in the fields of electricity/control and electronics/computers - Significant advantage.
• Ability to organize, coordinate, and synchronize between interfaces and schedules.
• Ability to work under pressure and high workload, and a high ability to prioritize tasks.
• Willingness to work overtime according to needs.
