Operations Manager for Dan Halav Logistics Center

Providing intra-organizational operational services to all departments of the Logistics Center while managing, controlling, and leading processes in the fields of safety, computing, transportation, traffic safety, procurement, security, household management, maintenance, and automotive warehouse maintenance.

The role includes:

• Member of the site management
• Management of managers and employees, including coaching, certification, and personal development
• Definition of procedures, work processes, and their enforcement
• Leading improvement processes and SLA processes for internal and external customers
• Management and control of all projects, including vendor operation and supervision
• Management and control of the Logistics Center's annual operational and investment budget
• Membership in the HACCP team and membership in the quality forum team

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (preference for a degree in Economics/ Engineering/ Business Administration/ Management) - Mandatory
• Master's degree - Advantage
• Mechanical Engineering Technician - Advantage
• Experience working with SAP system - Advantage
• Experience in managing complex construction projects - Great advantage
• 3 years of experience in managing a large team of employees - Mandatory
• 3 years of experience in warehouse/ distribution/ operations/ procurement/ safety management - Mandatory
• Proficiency in OFFICE software - Mandatory
• Proficiency in the quality management system sequence, in the Business Object reporting phase, in Action Base, and in EWM - Significant advantage
• Ability to manage and motivate subordinates and interfaces
• High analytical skills
• High level of English - Speaking, writing, and reading
• Ability to lead complex processes and analyze business processes
