Responsibilities

• Development of business strategies to expand the customer base and improve store profitability.
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and timely order execution.
• Supervision of the issuance of all necessary documents and the electronic entry of transactions into the store's ERP system.
• Achieving sales targets through training, motivation, guidance, and providing feedback to the store staff.
• Full store management and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Maintaining the store in excellent condition and adhering to visual merchandising standards.
• Knowledge and continuous updating of store staff regarding developments and new data on the company's products and relevant catalogs.
• Flawless cooperation with the Network Manager and the company's HR department.

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Knowledge of Electricity, Industry, Energy, or Automation will be appreciated.
• Proven successful experience as a supervisor in the sales sector.
• Proficiency in using information systems.
• Good knowledge of the English language.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
