Responsibilities Support and development of existing and new customer base. Investigation of needs and formulation of customized solutions for customers/partners. Market and competition analysis to identify opportunities and develop sales strategies. Collaboration and technical support for the B2B sales department and the store network. Formulation of customized financial proposals and solutions. Promotion and sale of company products based on customer needs. Support in the preparation of offers and the processing of orders. Entry and verification of data in the company's commercial management system. Collaboration with the warehouse for the organization of deliveries. Knowledge and continuous learning of product features, specifications, and catalogs. Problem-solving within the area of responsibility, providing high-quality service according to company standards. Use of company operating systems and entry of all required data into the CRM.

Required Qualifications: Graduate of a University School of Electrical Engineering, Technical Schools of Electrical Engineering, Automation, or other related field. Knowledge of Communication Protocols such as KNX (relevant certification required) & Modbus. Understanding of electrical diagrams and ability to read automation and low current panels. Understanding of HVAC, Building Automation & Lighting systems. Familiarity with configuration software (e.g., ETS for KNX) and SCADA systems. Previous experience in Sales or technical support (preferably in a corresponding sector – Building Automation – Electrical and Industrial Equipment). Essential knowledge of the English language. Knowledge of Softone software will be appreciated. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
