Purchasing Department Executive – Logistics Join our team! # Thessaloniki

Responsibilities Monitoring inventory levels and determining purchasing needs Monitoring orders and ensuring timely delivery Updating and entering data into the company's ERP system, order details (dates, salespeople, quantities, discounts) Maintaining updated records Monitoring orders, confirming or changing orders in consultation with suppliers Monitoring the inventory of the Warehouse departments of the company's store network Communication with suppliers, budgeting, market research, and ensuring competitive prices Collaboration with the company's central warehouse and the warehouse departments of the store network, ensuring timely and correct receipt of materials Required Qualifications: Graduates of Universities/TEI/Technical schools with a specialization in Supply Chain and Logistics, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or another related field Knowledge of the Electrical or Industrial sector is required Knowledge of the English language is required Previous experience in sales / customer service (preferably in a corresponding industry) Proficiency in the use of information systems Knowledge of the SoftOne ERP system will be appreciated Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Benefits: Competitive compensation package Excellent working conditions in a modern and pleasant environment Evolution prospects in a steadily growing company Continuous training and development through the Technomat Education Center (TEC)
