Your tasks

• Coordinate with logistics companies
• Issue Order inspection documents
• Prepare customer shipping documents as assigned
• Evaluate customer deliveries as assigned
• Prepare various customer records as assigned
• Distribute documents to relevant departments
• Prepare billing documents as assigned
• Summarize domestic and international sales
• Handle international purchasing as assigned
• Summarize monthly transportation costs
• Cooperate in following marketing system operating procedures with full efficiency
• Report work results to supervisors periodically
