What does the role include?

• Building supply plans in accordance with demands, production capacities, and service targets
• Managing raw material inventory and maintaining availability and inventory optimization
• Leading planning processes and decision-making facing production, procurement, and logistics interfaces
• Managing gaps and resolving conflicts between operational and business needs
• Initiating and leading process improvements within the supply chain planning framework

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Economics, or Business Administration
• 3-5 years of experience in planning, supply chain, or a similar operational role
• Experience in managing interfaces and cross-organizational processes
• Familiarity with ERP systems, advantage to SAP
• High level of Excel
• Good level of English
