Product Quality Engineer | Strauss Water

Strauss Water is looking for an experienced Product Quality Engineer for a significant role that combines working with suppliers in Israel and worldwide, leading quality investigations, and partnering in the development of innovative products.

What does the role include?

• Leading the supplier and subcontractor quality field in Israel and abroad
• Managing and leading quality investigations, root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions
• Promoting continuous improvement processes to enhance product quality and production processes
• Accompanying engineering changes and examining their impact on the product and production
• Leading cross-organizational quality projects and partnering in the development and launch processes of new products
• Bachelor's degree (B.Sc) in a relevant engineering field
• At least 7 years of experience in the quality field, including significant experience in managing supplier and subcontractor quality in a complex operational environment
• Experience working with multi-disciplinary products and systems – Required
• High level of English (speaking, reading, and writing) – Required
• Experience working with suppliers abroad (with emphasis on the Far East) – Advantage
• Knowledge and experience in quality processes and methodologies such as ISO 9001, deviation management, RCA, 8D, and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
