What does the role include?

• Leading the implementation of quality management systems and digital tools at the company's sites in Israel
• Implementation and integration of standards and work processes of the Quality Headquarters
• Professional field support, training, and mentoring of quality teams
• Monitoring process progress, data analysis, and generating reports
• Preparation of quality documents, presentations, and professional deliverables
• Working with many interfaces: Quality Headquarters, company sites, information systems, and suppliers

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field – Mandatory
• Experience in implementing computerized systems or work processes in a large organization – Advantage
• Experience in the food industry or in quality roles – Advantage
• English at a very good level in reading, writing, and speaking – Mandatory.
• Positive approach and the ability to connect field needs, existing resources, and priorities across multiple sites simultaneously
