monitor installation and commissioning according to standards (SNiP, PUE, occupational safety); manage contractors and consult the customer; plan work, prepare requests and reports; prepare as-built documentation and test programs; work with equipment (public warning system).

Requirements

higher full-time education in one of the IT specialties (Bachelor's level or higher) with a specialization in computer engineering (computing technology, information technology, computer networks, etc.); work experience is not required, we also consider final-year students; technical and general English (Pre-Intermediate level or higher), ability to read and understand foreign documentation; understanding of power electrical engineering principles, AC network operation, ability to assemble and understand the operating principles of power electrical installations; understanding of digital and analog microelectronics, ability to read electronic circuits and understand the operating principles of an electronic unit based on its schematic; ability to read and develop structural, schematic, and mounting diagrams; soldering skills for electronic components (including SMD) onto printed circuit boards; skills in PCB design CAD (component development, schematic design, board routing, generation of output source files for production and documentation); ability to assemble and diagnose electrical circuits, conduct tests, and provide conclusions; ability to work with measuring instruments (multimeter, oscilloscope, etc.), use signal generators, laboratory power supplies, etc.; understanding of IP network construction principles, knowledge of telecommunication technologies and network exchange protocols; ability to read and understand software code written in a formal programming language; system programming skills in C/C++/ASM; ability to work in the Linux OS shell: software building, software deployment, OS configuration, writing scripts in Bash Shell.
