1.Lead the Thailand business with full P&L responsibility, including revenue, profitability, budgets, costs, and resource allocation. 2.Develop and execute sales-growth, market-expansion, and business-development strategies. 3.Build and maintain senior relationships with key customers, distributors, and strategic partners. 4.Lead commercial negotiations, pricing strategy, sales forecasting, and key-account development. 5.Drive operational efficiency, service levels, inventory planning, and working-capital improvement. 6.Collaborate with sales, operations, and headquarters teams to ensure product availability and reliable customer delivery. 7.Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing local team; set clear objectives and promote a customer-focused, accountable culture. 8.Report business performance, forecasts, market intelligence, and strategic priorities to the CEO and relevant headquarters teams. 9.Ensure local execution is aligned with global strategy, compliance requirements, and company standards.

Qualifications: Minimum 10 years of experience in the Bias Tyres industry. At least 5 years of management or senior leadership experience. Proven commercial leadership skills, including sales growth, key-account management, and business development. Strong understanding of Bias Tyres applications, customer needs, market dynamics, and distribution channels. Experience managing P&L performance, budgets, sales forecasts, and profitability. Experience improving operations, inventory management, and customer service performance. Experience working in a global or multinational company is essential; collaboration with overseas headquarters is strongly preferred. Strong people leadership, coaching, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills. Fluent English communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
