Budgeting Automation Consultant, Planning and Economic Department

Administer, maintain, and develop budgeting models based on IBM Cognos TM1 software. Perform routine procedures in budgeting models based on IBM Cognos TM1 software during the enterprise's budget cycle. Analyze budgeting models and relationships between budgeting models, data storage tables, and BI data visualization reports. Review user requests for development/modification/testing/providing user access rights to the Automated Budgeting System. Conduct interviews with users to define and adjust tasks for the implementation and development of budgeting and reporting models, in order to formalize the task and create technical specifications for such modifications. Implement modifications in budgeting models based on IBM Cognos TM1 software. Conduct user training on working in the system, introducing the built-in functionality of IBM Cognos TM1 and IBM Cognos BI software products. Provide consultative support to users in functional areas. Develop and correct technical and user documentation for the Automated Budgeting System.

Requirements

Higher education in specialties and fields of study in applied mathematics and computer science, and/or fundamental computer science and information technology, and/or mathematical support and administration of information systems, and/or computer science and computing, and/or information systems and technologies, and/or applied informatics, and/or software engineering, and/or business informatics. Work experience in creating (modifying) and maintaining information systems that automate organizational management tasks and business processes: at least 1.5 years. Work experience in the implementation and operation of information systems based on IBM Cognos TM1 software: at least 1.5 years. Experience working with IBM Cognos BI as a developer or administrator (advantage). Experience writing complex rules and TI processes. Experience with ETL processes (SQL Server, SSIS). Knowledge of financial planning and budgeting principles, understanding of database structures, and the ability to write SQL queries. Knowledge of ETL tools. English language proficiency at the Elementary level.
