Leading retail company seeks Category Manager Assistant

The role includes ongoing operational management of category products, continuous work with international suppliers, and internal organizational interfaces.

Responsibilities:

• Data and systems management: Setting up new items in the system and generating purchase orders.
• Working with suppliers abroad: Performing daily Follow-up with suppliers (mainly in China) and close monitoring of timelines.
• Supply chain and shipping: Monitoring shipment status and timelines until the goods depart.
• Product and packaging development: Coordinating and operating packaging production processes for new products with graphic studios and designers.
• Operational support: Ongoing assistance to the Category Manager in managing daily tasks and projects.

• High level of English (speaking, writing, and reading) – Required (for the purpose of continuous communication with suppliers in China/abroad).
• Order, organization, and thoroughness: Ability to work accurately, attention to small details, and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fast work pace: Ability to work in a dynamic environment, efficiency, and rapid operation.
• Proficiency in Office (emphasis on Excel): Required.
• Experience with ERP systems (such as Priority / SAP) – Advantage.
• Previous experience in an administrative/operational/purchasing role: Advantage.
• Experience working with graphic studios/packaging production processes: Advantage.
