Contractual work (coordination of terms, drafting protocols of disagreement, development of standard forms, assessment of legal risks); Corporate work; Work with confidential information; Material responsibility; Ensuring the legal stay of expats (IRS); Claim work; Litigation: collection of documents, direct participation in court proceedings, control and tracking of all stages of legal proceedings, including at the enforcement proceedings stage; Interaction with government authorities.

Requirements

Work experience from 6 years; Knowledge and experience in the field of law: *Civil law; *Corporate law; *Labor law; *Administrative law; *Procedural law. Higher legal education; Foreign language: English basic (intermediate)
