Required: Industrial Engineer (No Experience)

Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Production Planning: Managing and coordinating production planning using the ERP system as a primary tool.
• Report Management: Generating complex periodic reports using ERP systems and Excel.
• Working with Interfaces: Ongoing coordination and communication with various departments in the organization, including Production, QA, Logistics, Sales, Marketing, Packaging, and more.
• Coordination Between Various Departments: Managing coordination between all departments supporting production in order to implement production plans and meet schedules.
• Packaging Process Planning: Managing the packaging process and visual inspections, while responding to marketing and shipping needs.
• Inventory Management: Managing raw materials and resources while maintaining appropriate inventory levels.
• Quality Management: Managing quality plans and continuous process improvement.
• Project Driving: Leading projects and process improvements while driving interfaces.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering - Mandatory
• High proficiency in Excel, including experience working with advanced functions such as PIVOT and VLOOKUP
• At least one year of experience in a similar role in the supply chain fields within a manufacturing industry
• High level of English
