Operational Procurement Buyer (Temporary Replacement) – Beit Kama Site

1. Routine management and operation of purchase orders: Routine handling of purchase orders in the company's ERP, MRP, and supplier portal systems. Generating purchase orders and careful, continuous monitoring of their execution until the actual delivery stage. Handling open orders and promoting deliveries according to changing production needs. Rapid response and handling of delivery discrepancies and order issues with internal and external interfaces.

1. Working with suppliers and interfaces: Managing communication and routine work with suppliers in Israel and abroad. Receiving price quotes, performing comparisons, and commercial analysis in accordance with department guidelines. Conducting point-based commercial negotiations within pre-defined authorities. Close and synchronized work with internal interfaces in the organization (Warehouse, Planning, Production, and Quality) for problem-solving and promoting deliveries.

1. Regulatory and general aspects: Careful work and documentation according to the company's approved procedures and cGMP rules (pharmaceutical industry). Performing additional operational procurement tasks according to the instructions of the Procurement Team Leader.

Temporary position for approximately six months at the Beit Kama site

Education:

• Bachelor's degree / Engineering Technician in a relevant field – Mandatory.

Professional Experience:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in operational procurement – Mandatory.

Information Systems:

• Proven practical experience working with ERP systems (preferably knowledge of MRP) – Mandatory.

Office:

• Very good command of Excel – Mandatory.

Languages:

• Good level of English (writing, reading, and speaking for work with abroad) – Mandatory.

• Previous experience in procurement in a pharmaceutical company or another regulated industry (working under GMP/cGMP conditions) – Significant advantage
