IT Infrastructure and Information Security Manager

Kameda, a leading pharma company in the South, is looking for an IT Infrastructure and Information Security Manager for a senior, professional, and technological management role, involving leading teams, promoting innovation, and improving technological services within the organization.

Job Description:

Daily management of systems, communications, information security, and support teams (approx. 10 employees in total), including managing managers and leading the team to excellence. Setting routines, priorities, and tasks for employees in the field while meeting SLA targets. Responsibility for IT infrastructure and information security in an active manufacturing plant, including availability for response during irregular hours as needed. Proactive leadership of routine tasks, striving for continuous improvement of services, and implementing new ideas. Working within the strict regulation of the pharma field while maintaining high standards. Determining technological responses in Israel and the USA, including working with global interfaces. Routine work with various vendors and customers within the organization. Being the professional technological factor in solutions and innovation for the company. Precise management of tasks, professional documentation, and responding to changing needs in the organization. Crisis management and systemic failures. Leading technological projects from preliminary planning to completion and success. Representing the infrastructure field in various audits and inspections.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management / Information Systems / Software - mandatory. Proven management in the field of infrastructure and information security in a manufacturing plant. Experience in managing teams of employees and managers - mandatory. Experience in pharma and understanding of regulation - significant advantage. Ability to work in a dynamic, high-pressure, and multi-tasking environment. Service orientation and a proactive approach to problem-solving. High level of English - mandatory.

Training/courses in Project Management, MCSE, Information Security, CCNA.
