Director, Commercial Legal Affairs

Senior Position | Global Work Environment | Opportunity to Influence the Business Activity of the Entire Organization

We are looking for a senior and experienced legal counsel to lead the legal aspects of the commercial field in the organization, through professional partnership with the company's management and all business units.

The role includes providing ongoing legal support for business processes in the company, and working with all departments of the organization, including: Procurement, Business Development, Marketing and Sales, Operations, and more – in Israel, the USA, and the other countries in which the company operates. Additionally, as part of your role, you will be a partner in promoting cross-organizational strategic projects in a dynamic and global environment.

Responsibilities

• Legal support and matrix management of commercial engagement processes in the organization.
• Providing ongoing legal advice to various departments in the organization and supporting business decision-making.
• Ongoing work with external legal advisors and managing the relationship with them.
• Improving, streamlining, and implementing engagement processes and procedures in the organization.
• Leading and participating in cross-departmental projects and strategic initiatives.
• Participation in the organization's management forums.

• VP, General Counsel

• Mandatory at least 8 years of experience as an attorney, including significant experience in a business organization.
• Bachelor of Laws degree and a Master's degree in related fields.
• Valid Israeli law license.
• Very high level of English, written and spoken.
• Significant advantage: experience as an attorney in the Pharma field.
• Experience working in a global environment.
• Knowledge in the fields of Intellectual Property, Privacy, and Clinical Trials.
• Routine and advanced use of AI tools.
