Quality Engineer

Ensuring the quality of the company's manufacturing processes: development and maintenance of documentation, defect analysis, statistical analysis, conducting product and process audits, and developing PKD based on the results. Working with quality incidents (internal and external - 8D, QRQC, customer portal). Working with warranty claims. Preparation and participation in maintaining and updating QMS documentation.

Requirements

Knowledge and understanding of the ISO series standards (IATF 16949). Knowledge of quality tools and fundamentals: 8D, QRQC, MSA, SPC, R R, FMEA, Control plan, and experience in their application. Ability to work with design documentation - drawings, specifications. Experience and understanding of APQP, ANPQP standards. Experience with ERP system SAP / 1C is desirable. English - pre intermediate / intermediate. Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
