Production Preparation Engineer

Development and design of fuel lines using the CATIA CAD system. Creation of 3D models and drawings for fuel system parts and assemblies. Preparation and processing of design documentation, including the preparation of PPAP documentation (DFMEA, BOM, KFD). Interaction with other departments (technological, production) to ensure the accuracy and quality of designed solutions. Participation in the optimization of design solutions and in the testing process of developed assemblies. Preparation of technical documentation, reports, and validation plans for projects. Assessment of technical risks and proposing improvements to increase the safety and efficiency of system operation. Working with international standards and technical documentation in English.

Requirements

Higher education in mechanical engineering or design. Experience working with the CATIA CAD system for 2 years or more. Experience in the preparation and processing of design documentation, including PPAP (DFMEA, BOM, KFD). Knowledge of English at the level of technical documentation. Experience in the development and design of assemblies and systems, preferably in the field of fuel systems or the automotive industry. Ability to work in a team, initiative, and attention to detail. Knowledge of standards and norms in the field of design and production.
