Inventory Planner for a large importing company in Yavne

A large importing company in the Yavne area is looking for an Inventory Planner (Supply Planner)

Job Description:

Responsibility for planning and managing orders from the existing forecast and translating the existing forecast into supply orders, while maintaining optimal inventory levels and maximum product availability. Additionally, the role includes performing control over demand forecasts, identifying deviations, analyzing gaps, recommending changes, and updating the forecast in collaboration with Marketing. Continuous monitoring of inventory levels and adjusting orders according to changing needs. Regular contact with international suppliers for the purpose of managing processes and solving problems, and regular work with Marketing, Logistics, Sales, and Operations departments.

Full-time position

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics / Industrial Engineering / Economics
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in retail companies – a significant advantage for working in a manufacturing/retail environment
• High proficiency in Excel – mandatory
• Familiarity with ERP systems
• High analytical ability and systemic vision
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent English – reading, speaking, and writing
• Service orientation, communication skills, and teamwork ability, including working with multiple interfaces
• Accuracy, order, and attention to detail
• Ability to cope with changes and pressure situations
