PPC Manager required for a successful factory in the Rosh Pina area

Job Purpose: Overall responsibility for managing the planning and control system of production, materials, and inventory in the company, while ensuring optimal supply to customers, meeting service targets, delivery times, and inventory levels, and continuous improvement of planning and operational processes.

Responsibilities and Authority:

• Professional and personal management of the PPC team and leading them to meet departmental goals.
• Responsibility for production planning in accordance with customer orders, production capacities, and raw material availability.
• Building, managing, and controlling short-term and medium-term production plans.
• Responsibility for managing the availability of raw materials and components to meet production plans.
• Management and control of inventory levels in accordance with company targets.

Full-time position

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or a relevant field - Mandatory.
• At least 5 years of experience in PPC/Supply Chain roles in a manufacturing organization.
• Experience in managing employees - Mandatory.
• Experience in production planning, inventory management, and material control.
• High proficiency in ERP systems (SAP is an advantage)
• High proficiency in Excel
• High level of English (reading, writing, and speaking).
