Finance Operation for a startup company

For the company Nextage, which engages in business innovation and accompanies high-tech and startup companies in Israel and abroad at the beginning of their journey and provides them with financial services, a Finance Operation Specialist is required for a full-time position in Ra'anana. The role includes: • Ongoing operational support for the financial activity of the finance team • Establishing the financial system infrastructure for the startups - ensuring all team members perform their tasks • Onboarding new clients - opening bank accounts, opening files with tax authorities, signing documents, contacting insurance companies, and receiving insurance quotes for the business • Handling the field of capital loans from the bank • Stock option plans for new companies - involvement in the process and management of plans • Bachelor's degree – mandatory • Experience in an operational / operative / administrative role - mandatory • High level of English (speaking, writing, reading) - mandatory • Experience in the startup field - advantage
