Director of Finance

For the company NextAge, specializing in financial consulting for startup companies, a Director of Finance is required.

The role includes:

• Supervision of the preparation of the company's financial statements.
• Management of investment portfolios and cash management - reporting and internal control management, including budget monitoring, under the guidance of the CFO.
• Supervision of payroll, option grants, and additional financing processes.
• Management of clients' financial reporting and the revenue cycles of the subsidiaries.
• Management of day-to-day relations with auditing accountants.
• Successful management and supervision of ongoing accounting and financial activities, including cash receipts and payment cycles, supervision of payroll, customer and vendor management processes, and supervision of banks.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in accounting roles - Mandatory
• Alumni of BIG 4 offices or medium-sized firms - Advantage
• Experience working with or in a high-tech team – Advantage
• Management experience - Advantage
• Experience working in US GAAP
• Excellent knowledge of Excel
• High level of English – Mandatory
• Punctuality, diligence, service orientation, and excellent interpersonal skills.
