Educational and Methodological Specialist at the Center of DOP (Oriental Studies, Philology)

The Center of additional educational programs in the fields of Oriental Studies, Arts, and Philology is looking for an Educational and Methodological Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Organization of enrollment for additional educational programs in the fields of Oriental Studies, Arts, and Philology
2. Organization of the training process for additional educational programs in the fields of Oriental Studies, Arts, and Philology. Preparation of draft orders, processing and concluding contracts with students, informing and consulting students on program content and the training process (by phone and in person), maintaining a database.
3. Support of the training process for additional educational programs
4. Work in the EDMS "DELO": preparation of responses, reports on assignments, internal memos, registration of contracts, letters, and applications from students in the fields of Oriental Studies, Arts, and Philology.
5. Organization of the signing and registration of contracts with students for the Center's programs

Requirements:

1. Higher professional education
2. Experience in the field of education, administration, or document management is preferred
3. Required knowledge:

• document handling skills;
• proficient use of PC (MS Office, email, search engines, databases);
• negotiation skills, polite communication with clients (students), proficient Russian speech (oral and written), psychological resilience

1. Knowledge of English is mandatory (at a basic level)

Conditions:

1. Official employment in accordance with the Labor Legislation of the Russian Federation (paid vacation and sick leave). Probation period - 3 months.
2. Schedule: five-day work week, from 9:00 to 17:45. Lunch break from 13:00 to 13:45
3. Salary-bonus remuneration system: salary during the probation period is 50,000 rubles before taxes, from 60,000 before taxes - after.
