Methodologist of the Language Testing Center

Responsibilities: 1. Development and adaptation of teaching and methodological materials (TMM) for RKI courses of various language proficiency levels (A1–C2), including workbooks, presentations, and handouts. 2. Creation of assessment and measurement materials: compilation of entrance, intermediate, and final tests, as well as criteria for evaluating students' language competencies. 3. Updating teaching materials taking into account modern trends in the field of RKI, implementing digital tools and interactive learning formats. 4. Collection and processing of feedback from students and teachers for timely adjustment and improvement of educational programs. 5. Maintenance of methodological documentation: ensuring the compliance of work programs and plans with state and international standards for teaching Russian. Requirements: 1. Higher professional education 2. Work experience in a similar position of at least 1 year 3. Experience in the field of RKI is preferred - Teaching experience of at least 1 year - Higher education in the field of linguistics, RKI pedagogy - Experience in developing teaching and methodological materials 4. Knowledge of English is mandatory 5. PC skills: - Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook) - Skills in working with office equipment (fax, scanner, MFP, mini-PBX) - Skills in working with the Internet and browsers - Experience working in electronic document management systems Personal qualities: Communicativeness, attentiveness, responsibility Conditions: 1. An indefinite employment contract (ED) is concluded 2. Official registration in accordance with the Labor Legislation of the Russian Federation (vacation and sick leave are paid). Probation period - 3 months 3. Schedule: five-day work week, from 9:00 to 17:45. Lunch break from 13:00 to 13:45. Other work schedules are discussed at the interview. Business trips 1-3 times a year. 4. Salary during the probation period - 69000 rub./month, after the probation period - 93000 rub/month before taxes 5.
