Educational and Methodological Specialist of the Directorate of Educational Programs (geography, geology)

The Academic Department for the fields of geography, geology, geoecology and soil science and the educational programs "Mathematics" and "Modern Programming" of the Academic Administration requires an educational and methodological specialist.

Responsibilities:

1. Support of educational and methodological documentation for the main educational programs: characteristics, work programs, curricula
2. Entering information about programs into the "Обучение" information and analytical systems
3. Execution of management assignments
4. Preparation of draft orders/directives
5. Performing the duties of the Secretary of the Council of Educational Programs
6. Working in information databases (ИС "Обучение", "Партнеры", Assigment, etc.)

Requirements:

1. Higher professional education
2. Necessary knowledge:

1) knowledge of the basics of office management 2) efficiency in searching for information, attentiveness when preparing documents and reports 3) experienced PC user 4) knowledge of English - sufficient for reading and understanding

Personal qualities: stress resistance, attentiveness, communication skills, responsibility, ability to learn, ability to work in multitasking mode

Conditions:

1. Employment in accordance with the labor legislation of the Russian Federation. An indefinite employment contract (ТД) is concluded. Vacation and sick leave are paid.
2. Probation period - 3 months
3. Five-day work week, from 9:00 to 17:45. Lunch break from 13:00 to 13:45
4. Place of work: Saint Petersburg, 10-ya liniya V.O., d. 31-33
5. Salary during the probation period - 35 374 rubles, after the probation period - 40 374 rubles before tax deduction.
