- Diagnosis and resolution of technical issues with the moodle educational platform, administration of servers providing access to the university's digital educational resources 2. Requirements
- Higher professional education 2. More than one year of experience in a similar position 3. Experience in the following areas is preferred: experience in IT, user technical support, or specialized technical education 4. Required knowledge:
- Higher education in IT, LMS administration courses, at least 2 years of experience in LMS (Moodle) administration;
- Proficient in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript (basic level for theme configuration and customization); working with web servers (Apache/Nginx), databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL), PHP; Git for configuration version control;
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles (HTTPS, updates, backup, protection against SQL injections); cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud — if using cloud Moodle);
- Support for SCORM and xAPI standard e-courses, integration with corporate services (Zoom, LDAP/Active Directory, payment gateways), process automation (bulk registration, data import/export via CSV, API);
- Experience in installing, updating, and customizing third-party plugins (including compatibility checks)
- Support service skills (1st and 2nd line), ability to explain solutions in writing and orally to different audiences.
- Ability to create and maintain technical documentation, user instructions, and regulations
- Experience in backup and recovery; Moodle performance and optimization (caching, cron, DB optimization); logs and error diagnosis (error logs, debugging mode); 5. English language proficiency – sufficient for reading and understanding. Knowledge of a second foreign language will be an advantage: Chinese, Thai, French, Hindi, Indonesian 6. PC skills:
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- Skills in working with office equipment (fax, scanner, MFP, mini-PBX)

- Experience working in electronic document management systems Personal qualities: responsibility for results, independence, attentiveness, and the ability to work in a multitasking environment, ability to independently plan work and organize the workday. Additional requirements: Moodle Certified Administrator (MCA), Moodle Certified Developer (MCD) certificates; experience in implementing AI tools in Moodle (e.g., integration with ChatGPT for task generation, AI-based analytics).
