Attorney for a public industrial company in the Hadera area - half-time position

Required: Attorney for a public industrial company in the Hadera area - half-time position.

The role includes:

• Ongoing legal advice to the Human Resources department regarding labor laws, including drafting and reviewing employment agreements and documents in the field of labor relations.
• Accompanying hearing processes, reviewing protocols, and termination letters.
• Assisting in managing the company's insurance system and ongoing work with insurance consultants.
• Handling insurance claims across the company's various policies.
• Company Secretary: reporting to the Registrar of Companies and internal monitoring of the execution of decisions and tasks.
• The work is under the direct subordination of the Chief Legal Counsel.

• Bachelor of Laws degree from a recognized academic institution in Israel.
• Member of the Israel Bar Association.
• Up to 3 years of experience, including internship graduates.
• Experience in labor laws (including during internship) - mandatory.
• Willingness and desire to develop in the fields of insurance and company secretary - mandatory.
• Good level of English - mandatory.
• Experience in the insurance field - advantage.
• Initiative, independence, and personal responsibility.
• Familiarity and work with AI tools - advantage.

Employment terms: Scope of position: half-time, work from the office. Immediate start.
